Constantin Rzaev, who is the Senior Partner of ProPartners group of companies, has been appointed a member of the Council for Closed Loop Economy and Ecology at Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
The main purpose of the said council is to assist entrepreneurs. The committee will focus primarily on the cases that lie at the intersection of entrepreneurship and ecology, including various regulations and their effect on businesses. Solving those cases will help advance the country towards closed loop economy.
Under its umbrella, the Council brings together multiple sub-committees: Committee on eco-awareness, Committee on decarbonization through closed loop economy mechanisms, Committee on regulatory provision on green economy, Committee on ecology and environmental management, Committee on digitalization of green economy, Committee on utilization.
