On July 7, the curator of environmental education Alena Antipenkova took part in the «Meeting with an expert» webinar for pharmacists with the La Roche-Posay brand. Together with the brand expert Svetlana Strokova, we have destroyed the most popular environmental myths. We were joined by over 600 spectators from different parts of the country: from Vladivostok to Murmansk. We proved that waste recycling exists in Russia and told how to start sorting waste at home with comfort. Finally, we shared our most striking projects that prove that plastic can turn into amazing things after recycling.
The conversation took place within the framework of the launch of the joint project «I Carry Changes» La Roche-Posay and the company «EcoTechnologies». Now, partner pharmacies in 12 cities of Russia can hand over cosmetics packaging for processing and receive pleasant prizes: a discount on brand products and an eco-friendly shopping bag. During the broadcast, we told the pharmacists of partner pharmacies what would happen to the assembled packaging and showed how it would be processed at the Tver Polymer Recycling Plant and at the factories of our partners.
